Karma

First off, let me just say I have learned my lesson to never judge!  Karma likes to teach me lessons apparently.  Before I got married I would always say I don't understand those people that meet, get engaged, AND MARRIED in less than a year.  Well, I learned that lesson 2 1/2 years ago when I met Tyson.  We dated for 7 months, got engaged, and we were married by 9 months.  Then, I started criticizing those that found out they were pregnant pretty far in to their pregnancy.  Come on!  How do you not know you are prego?  Missed period should start some suspicion don't you think?  And if not that, weight gain!  Well, Karma caught up to me.  I am one of those idiots and found out I was pregnant at 9 weeks.  In case, you didn't get it the first time, yes I am pregnant and yes I am one of  those people (you know the ones that don't know they are pregnant.  At least I know before I went into labor, haha).  I am now 11 weeks pregnant!  Oh and by the way, a light period could mean you are prego.  I (along with my doctor) thought I could have a food allergy or thyroid issue, not the case.  Many of you have given up the idea of Tyson and I deciding to start our family...surprise!  We are both nervous and excited for this change and of course surprised.  Apparently, Heavenly Father wasn't waiting for us to take the initiative, He has another purpose for our life.  Being a parent will be an adventure.  I never pictured myself as a mommy this soon so it will be interesting.  I hope we are good parents.  Baby B has some excited parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, and puppies waiting for his/her arrival.  Anyway, stay tuned for updates...baby Beaman comes August 2012!  Look below for the first photo of baby B!
Can't get more positive than that...
Baby Beaman's First Picture
I do have to take this moment to talk about my favorite and least favorite parts of pregnancy.  Least favorite...total disgust with meat and vegetables and the constant need to PEE!  Now to my favorite moment...my favorite part BY FAR has been hearing my baby's heartbeat.  It was the coolest experience of my life.  I couldn't believe that there is a little person growing inside of me.  It made me cry (thanks pregnancy hormones).  I can't believe I love something so much already that I haven't met or felt, and just found out about but I am excited for this adventure and look forward to watching our baby grow! My next appointment is on the 13th of February and I am very excited about it, I'll be practically 14 weeks by then...boy does time fly!
