On Friday, May 17, T.J. turned 9 months old! This past month has been quite eventful in development. This is my favorite age yet. This past month:
-T.J. learned to stand by himself and can stand for awhile up to a minute!
-Started saying "Mom" and "Hola"; He follows me around and just says "mom" over and over again or clicking his tongue (love it!).
-He claps his hands and will do all the actions to patty-cake.
-He learned to climb upstairs
-He can walk with push toys or holding on to something
-He loves to get into cabinets (something I am not thrilled about)
-T.J. had his first ice cream cone and is hooked... definitely his mom's son
-Besides ice cream, T.J. loves bread, apples, and veggie puffs
-His bottom two teeth aren't completely in yet but one is broken through and getting making its way.
-Loves being outside, especially helping mom garden. He loves the dirt!

At his 9 month appointment, which was today, his stats were:
Weight 19 lbs. 7 oz (33 percentile)
Height 28" (36 percentile)
T.J. was also diagnosed with anemia and has been put on iron. He is just like his momma. Hopefully we get his iron levels up soon. The doctor is making us come back in a month to make sure that they have improved.
We have also been fortunate to have T.J.'s uncle Garret living with us for the summer. T.J. just loves him and loves playing with him. T.J. is so fortunate to have so many people around that love him.
To celebrate T.J.'s 9 months, we had some family pictures done. I can't believe how quickly he is growing (I know I say this every time, but I can't believe it!) We love you T.J.!

He is SO cute! Just like his momma and daddy! Love your blog :)
