My mom was giving me a hard time for never really getting in to the holiday stuff. I started to feel guilty wondering if Tyson ever felt left out that we didn't really celebrate holidays so I decided to surprise him with a St. Patty's day dinner (last minute of course)! I was thinking of doing the traditional Corn beef and cabbage with soda bread and some kind of dessert but deciding on doing a St. Patty's dinner at 4pm didn't allow for that so I went with the next best thing...pizza, salad, and brownies. I made a pizza in the shape of a shamrock with green peppers, pepperoni, and black olives. Of course in order to stay with the green theme, the pepperoni and olives were hidden. I also served it with a green salad and Kraft Green Goddess dressing. It is amazing dressing! It kinda tastes like ranch but it is already green! BONUS! Then of course we drank Mt. Dew to complete our green meal. Well, almost...you can't forget the dessert! We had mint brownies...mmm! Anyway, if you want to throw an EASY St. Patty's dinner here ya go! Happy St. Patty's Day!

You are so domestic! Nice work throwing everything together. If you ever get back out of being festive you can come hang out with me. Holidays come and go and I don't usually do anything. Not that I don't want to - I just forget.
