Why I love teaching and Gaga

So can I just tell you I LOVE TEACHING!  It is so much fun!  I am so sad that I only have 2 weeks left.   I really hope I get a job.  I have a prospect that sounds very promising at American Fork High School.  I would teach 3 health classes, 2 dance classes, and coach drill!  Everything I love in one!  So perfect right?!?  Keep your fingers crossed.  I love teaching and all the fun things that you get to do to teach!  Right now we are in the middle of our Substance Use and Abuse Unit and let me tell you there are soooooooo many fun ways to teach the students and so many fun visuals that I am so proud of that I have to blog about them so here you go!  Next lesson is about alcohol and yes, we are doing sobriety testing and simulations of being impaired...I can't wait!  This is from today's lesson about cigarettes and chew.  Ignore my ugly voice on the video.

  This video kinda leaves you hanging because I passed around the cotton balls in my class.  If you want to see them, I would love to show you!  Isn't teaching fun!  FYI, the gum didn't work.  Use clay or duck tape if you try it.

Last Saturday the time finally came, I got to go see Lady Gaga!  It was amazing!  She is sooooo talented!  I loved it.  I must say I think she topped 311 with Snoop Dogg. Yes, it was that good.  Although she did take a stab at Britney I still loved it!  Here are a few pics from the night.  Thanks Jocelyn for being my concert buddy!  It was a blast!
