We have had so many adventures this fall and I wanted to make sure to document them. I sure love my family and all the memories that we are making together. In October, the boys were invited to their friend Oaklee's farm birthday party. They both got to ride a pony and pet farm animals. T.J. had a blast! Spencer...not so much! He didn't mind the pony ride but he was not a fan of the other animals; especially the alpaca. It was such a fun party! Thanks for inviting us Oaklee!
T.J. has been excelling at school! He is already in a 1st grade reading and math class and his math teacher said that he has to keep finding things to challenge him. Right now he is working on fractions and double digit subtraction. I think he has his dad's brain because math is not my strong suite. This month he was chosen as the Reading University Winner. He was recognized in an assembly and given an award. We are so proud of how he is applying himself at school.
We had our family photos updated and they turned out great! The boys don't always cooperate with pictures but our photographer was able to get some somehow.
Before Thanksgiving break, we had the opportunity to see T.J. in his Pilgrim Play at school and them join them for a Thanksgiving Feast. It was so much fun! Isn't he a cute little pilgrim???
Over Thanksgiving break, I took the boys to the Museum of Natural Curiosity. This is the first time Spencer has shown an interest in it other than the water exhibits. It is so fun to watch him grow and discover things. He loved putting the balls in the holes. He really likes putting things into things and taking them out. It's so cute!
T.J. had a lot of fun building a fort. I think we have another engineer coming up in the family!
We also announced that we will be having a new addition to our family in June! We are so excited! It is such a blessing that we will be able to add to our family so soon and we are so grateful!
