Caleb turns 7 and 8 months old!

On January 7, Caleb turned 7 months old!  He is still so tiny that his pediatrician is concerned.  I think its because he was born 3 weeks early and he is just little.  I know that he will catch up.  Caleb is the happiest little baby!  He is very easy to entertain and soothe.  He loves to grab things and explore them with his mouth.  He is actually really good at grabbing things, maybe even too good!  Caleb loves watching his brothers and giving everyone one of his heart breaker smiles.  This month Caleb started sitting up by himself!  He would always give me a big smile of accomplishment as he started being such a big boy.  Caleb LOVE, LOVE, LOVES baths!  He kicks and splashes like nobody's business.  If its even possible he is even happier in the bath!  Even if he swallows water or gets it in his eyes, he doesn't cry.  He just keeps splashing!  I think we will have another swimmer on our hands!  Caleb loves his bouncer and loves jumping in it first thing in the morning to get in some exercise (or give mom some time to get some cleaning done).  Caleb has been the perfect addition to our family and we love him so much!

Caleb is still on the small end but he is making progress!  He is really starting to enjoy watching his surroundings.  He loves to pet and watch his doggies.  Which is good because they sure love him and love to give him kisses (although he isn't too fond of that yet).  Luckily, he does love kisses from his mommy!  Caleb and Spencer are actually becoming friends again!  They are getting along much better again and I think they will have fun playing together in no time!  Occasionally, there is still some jealousy but it is getting much better.  Caleb enjoys playing with his toys or even things that he considers toys...paper being one of his favorites, lol.  Caleb has also mastered feeding himself with finger snacks.  I think he would also be successful with feeding himself with a spoon but we aren't that adventurous and don't want the mess that we are sure would happen.  Caleb continues to be the happiest baby and loves to giggle at his brothers.  He truly is an angel and a gift from heaven.
