Boys will Be Boys

I just have to say I absolutely LOVE being a boy mom.  Boys are so fun and they really do love their moms and my boys are no exception.  These boys are so handsome and we sure have a lot of fun.  A couple weeks ago, it snowed so much that school was cancelled!  The last time it was canceled was when I was in Elementary school!  So naturally we started the day by making pancakes and then getting our snow clothes on.

Spencer didn't quite understand what all the funny clothes were that we were putting on him but he sure looked cute in them!
It ended up snowing 13''!  The boys had fun playing in it. I love that my kids are brothers because they sure have fun playing and rough housing together, even in the snow.

Caleb even joined in the snow festivities a little bit.  It was pretty cold so I didn't keep him out for long but I wanted him to experience his first snow and document it.
I wanted to track down the photo of me around this age when I got in to my mom's mascara but I couldn't find it.  When I saw that Spencer had gotten in to my make up I couldn't help but laugh.  This kid is a character and sure keeps up on our toes.  Spencer is our mischievous child but he does it so innocently and sweetly its hard to get mad at him.  He sure knows how to manipulate us.
I love this photo of Caleb and Spencer.  They have been getting along so well lately.  They are even becoming friends and starting to like each other!  This photo is special to me because both boys are wearing old clothes of T.J.'s.  It is so fun to watch them wear his old clothes.  It brings back old memories and develops new memories.

T.J. played basketball this Winter.  It was such a great program that really taught them the fundamentals of basketball and did scrimmages to teach aspects of the game.  They would pause during the game and teach skills.  T.J. loved it!  We are so glad that he is able to have these opportunities to develop skills.

My boys sure keep me busy but I wouldn't have it any other way.  I am so fortunate that Tyson works so hard for our family and is such a good provider that I can stay home with them and teach them.  I love them so much!
